1. Open the Tray
2. Remove the paper and push the sides by squeezing the blue tabs
3. Insert the paper and then squeeze the blue tabs again so that its against the paper[/accordion-item]

1. Open the front door flap
2. Pull out the toner that it says is empty
3. Slide the new one in to replace the old one that you just pulled out[/accordion-item]

[accordion-item title=”Waste Toner Bottles” state=open]

1. Open Tray1 and on the side there should be a blue sticker that will then open the flap which should allow you to take out the waste toner bottle
2. Pull the waste toner bottle out and push in the new one looking at the how the old way came out
3. close the door on the waste toner bottle and then close the tray[/accordion-item]

1. Pull down the tray on the right hand side of the copier
2. Insert the paper and the slide the two side so that they are touching the paper
3. on the screen something should show up for you to select the thickness of the paper and then you should be able to use the bypass tray[/accordion-item]

1. On the finisher open the door
2. Use the green wheel to bring the staples closer
3. Pull out the empty cartridge and put in the new one and then close the front door and it should just push them all back[/accordion-item]

1. On the right hand side there should be a pull handle that lets you open the door to reveal the inside mechanics
2. Check next to all of the green stickers and only use the green sticker parts check the route that the paper would take
3. On the screen it should point out where the problem has been reported and what part you need to look at [/accordion-item]
